This cabal was named Kodex Killerz by its founder, Josh Stoner. Rumour has it that it is funded by a third-party entity with the initials M.C.A.. Little is known about this M.C.A, save for the fact that when the initials are evoked i.e., spoken out loud, Josh Stoner would fly into the most frightful of rages.
