Home of the Cursed Beasts. ya either love em, are just another joe shmoe to em, or get hunted by em. and they have a particular distain of royalty in such wastes as Evan, as such a thing seems to merely fuel greed, corruption, and worst of all, ego.
Their way of life is a complicated one to some, but as one member once said: In such a decrepit world, One can only consider another to be a Friend, a Foe, or a Nobody, there is no in-between. And in the end, life, feeds on life. the crops, those animals, as mutated as they may be, that is life. Food to us. And that is limited, very, very limited. and when push comes to shove about who gets to eat, would you sit back and watch as the competition that had wronged you just... have it? or would you go out there and try to take that food; sustenance, from them. and have it for YOUR self? We Beasts do not just sit around watching the clock tick, waiting for that next big solar event to wipe humanity off of this forsaken planet. We will do whatever necessary to sustain our people, and we will help our brethren do the same.
Some call them selfish for such views, others agree with those views. Few join them, and all that join stay til their last dying breath. Whether they went out in a bloodbath valiantly fighting those foes, or peacefully on a deathbed after a long life of serving the Beasts; Helping them to continue in their fight against those who wronged others without good reason. And no matter how much or how little they manage to hone their marksmanship, or their abilities behind the wheel, or their medicinal applications, you name it; They always go out knowing they had made a significant impact.
And at the end of the line, in such a world as this, many find it to be kill, or be killed. The Beasts, However it may seem at first to a townie that they think the same, rather believe that those of greed, those of corruption, objectively evil people should be killed in favor of the caring, the hospitable, the gracious and the thankful. The people that make other peoples lives better, helping them, just for the sake of betterment in the world. without asking for so much as some scrap in return.
