Each team can have one, two, or three players.
Each player can only lead one team in total, and cannot be a member of two teams in the same division.
Each team must compete with each other team in their division once, at a mutually acceptable or system-defined time.
The top three teams each year are promoted to the division above this one, i.e. Division 4.
In this division, squads can have a total Combat Rating of no more than 325, and characters can have no weapon skill above 60. Psionic blocker medications are administered to all characters. The following vehicular weapons are not allowed: Paint Guns, Lasers and Heavy Lasers, Mortars, RGMs.
