New recruiting system, not sure you had noticed

You can now, select which kind of skilled character you are looking for. But, it is based upon your fame, and more famous you are, more likely you will find what you were looking for. You can now may find a very skilled character that has left a gang out of money and hence, out of food. I for myself was looking for a driver, selected one for guys from list claiming he was one, and ended with a Long Gun skilled one.
