Just a few minor improvements and bug fixes patched in this morning:

* The split-second freeze-up when crash sounds play is fixed
* Some cool new race start buzzers and sirens have been added (thanks to Jim and ViKKing)
* The two junkyard racetracks have been tweaked and improved. And JD's shortcut has been taken out of JY2 ;-)
* I have made a change that I hope will remove the bug that sometimes takes you out of camera tilt mode when you haven't yet let go of the mouse button (needs testing more)
