This is part of a project to add a difficulty level indicator aside tracks description, in order to help new users to figure how difficult is driving on a given track.
It is obvious, it's based on a combination of player's experience, as well as character's driving skill.

Despite difficulty in preserving heading at high speed, this track has no technical requirements.

Best raced with a very fast car...

This track is both easy and tricky at the same time. As Vikking says, there are no real technical tests, but it still ends up being challenging much of the time.

The counter-banked curve after turn #1 (technically, I suppose you should call it turn #2) leads to many a blowout as someone fails their control roll*, usually disastrously. Likewise, coming off the drop after #2 at the wrong angle can lead to disastrous results.

For some strange reason, the AI has problems approaching and entering turn #3 - they often stay straight for too long, then overcompensate trying to make a too-sharp turn.

I enjoy this track, and I win here more often than any other track, but it's still several steps down my favorites list.

* As near as I can tell, the car loses control at a minor level, which causes a skid; the rough surface of the track at that point damages its tires severely, causing the blowout, resulting in total loss of control and a spinout, but it's hard to tell what is cause, and what is effect.

I suggest this track for experienced players because although the layout is easy to learn there are a few pitfalls to be avoided. Firstly, the vehicle speed on this circuit is higher than average making crashes much more dangerous. Secondly, it can be very difficult to maintain your tyres in working condition throughout the entire event because of some concealed depressions in the racing surface.

This is the speed variant of the track. As others have mentioned, the challenge here is not the course turns but handling uneven terrain at high speeds. Most of the turns on course are unfavorable - entering at odd angles, poor approach options, or what have you. Once learned, the course isn't the most challenging track but always remains one where attention and focus is required.

Of note is the exit/entrance of the first turn into the sloped straightaway. The inside edge has an initial upslope that can launch a car into a hill further down the track before major correction can be made. And the straight away itself is slightly curved opposite of the way you need to turn and leads into an up slope that also counter-slopes in the direction you need to turn. Hopping the corner is possible if needed but best control and speed means knowing how to handle a high speeds. Ideally, you want to be planning for that turn well before hand - at particularly high speeds, this may mean halfway into turn 1!
