1. Is there a way to delete cars and templates?

2. Currently, any car I design or template that I build is published to the public. Is there a way to keep that private? A lot of the stuff I do in tactical is just vehicle and weapons testing, and I don't want to clutter up the public lists with my personal crap.

They're actually private by default. Other people won't see them.
To delete or set them public, use the "DW:Tactical" link in the "Gameplay" menu
