This is mostly some small tweaks to the timing+synchronisation code that negotiates between the gameserver and clients as move data is passed around - I think slow connections may be causing the lags some people have seen.

Also, switching drivers now has no delay if done before an event starts. (If event has started, the old 3-move rule still applies).
