As the manager of Kistune Dust Devils I'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate Paula Douglass on her excelent driving.

However I am also here to quash certain rumours. Our lap time of 3.2 seconds was achived through hard training and an application of skill. The fact that our lesser skilled rivals can not acknowledge this is sad.

The fact that the time keeper was apparantly threatend by a gang wearing the Dust Devil insignia is of no consequence and is no doubt a weak exscuse put forward by the aforementioned lesser skilled rivals.

Naturally, the timing officials in question have been caught, tortured, executed and replaced.
