Scripts v.228, playback fixes and votes

*sam* The Salthill Sluggerz Darkwind Guru Renegade Group: Lead Developer Posts: 16,782 Joined: Jan 19, 2006 Substantial improvements to the playback event data and search facilities. -- you can now rate playback events, search by rating, submit comments, etc. Playback events now have an 'owner' who submits a primary descriptive comment that appears on the search page. Some of the data stored on previous playbacks is incorrect (e.g. 0 vehicles, 0 players, whether it’s pvp or not) – let me know if there’s any you want updating. To vote for a playback event: Open it from the search list and click on one of the 5 stars; you're asked for a comment which is optional.
