Engine v.106, Scripts v.220, Media v.85, Playback!

*sam* The Salthill Sluggerz Darkwind Guru Renegade Group: Lead Developer Posts: 16,784 Joined: Jan 19, 2006 This patch adds event playback! Something we've all been waiting for, for a long time. I was initially going to start with races only but it made more sense to do all event types rather than have some recorded and then have to delete them due to obsolete file formats. You'll see a new button in the lobby which allows you to choose events to play back (all events from now on are being recorded). There will be a system that deletes playbacks that have been viewed less than twice, after a week.. each playback file is quite large on the server. To be honest, any event that has been viewed less than twice is clearly not worth watching anyway! Maybe make additional slots something you can buy with in-game cash as a way of taking some cash out of the system...
