A couple things I noticed:

1: "Looting Phase" type in upper left covers the Turn type. Maybe remove the turn type if possible

2: How do you know when looting phase is done? Will there be a button or do you just exit the battle? I think it would be cool to have a done button and then some stats on the screen. IE: 5 rival gang members killed, 3 cars salvaged, 1 RL salvaged by The Toecutters...etc

3: Hard to tell when a rival car surrenders. Maybe make the type pop up like the missed checkpoint type box.

4. My lorry still bounces big time like Mamba said in another post. Also, it was initiallypositioned slightly off the road on a little slope so I just slide off into the sand. Might not do that if bouncing is fixed though. Other bigger rigs may bounce as well, haven't tested that yet.

5. Suggestion actually: I went to do a pre-battle flyby of the area to see how extensive it was. It was so extensive, I had a hard time finding my cars when it was about to start. I didn't think to try the camera angle keys, but if it hasn't been installed yet, maybe make a default cam key for whereever the battle spawns from.

So far so awesome though!

A couple more buggy observations:

1. If you have 2 similar sized gangs roaming at the same time, the server will put them together in 1 battle.

2. It appears only the lorry and vans bounce. The SUVs seem to be a-ok.

You missed the point on that, this is not a bug unless the server set your 2 own gangs to fight against each other.
This is a normal feature... wilderness encounters are not only NPCs...  :cyclops:

Vikk, the server did say 'test1 vs test2' and there was no npcs to do battle with, just my 2 cars driving around. I couldn't even shoot myself. (which is a good thing)

you can have my mcfly. it's overrated. ;)

By turn type, you mean "Orders Phase" etc.? That should have been removed already when looting started.

At the moment, you just exit the battle. But a button makes more sense, and the stats is a nice idea too.

Regarding this, vikking is correct that player vs player fights are intentional. The bug is actually that it let you put two squads that you own into scouting mode simultaneously. You should only be able to do one at a time

Here's a screenshot of the type thingy. It's not a big deal, nor does it affect game play. It just looks kinda odd. Type Overlap

Speed, squads are not teaming up once scouting, you setup teams before scouting, hence the squad feature.

For sure, server shouldn't oppose squads from same owner.
And no, hopefully it won't happen anymore once fixed. :rolleyes:
