Just working on the accuracy of targeted weapons, and for your information, these are the various factors. The number of stars (3, 2, or 1) indicates how important each factor is:

*** Each weapon type has a basic accuracy at short range
*** Distance modifier (different per-weapon type)
*** Gunnery or large-guns skill of gunner (as appropriate to weapon), multiplied by their activity level
** Continuous fire bonus: for each continuous round that the same weapon has fired on the same target
** Continuous targeting bonus: for each continuous round that the same weapon has been targeted at (and is able to see) the target vehicle
* Relative speed of vehicles
* Damage taken by firing vehicle in the last 2 seconds
* If gunner is also driving, they're less accurate than a dedicated gunner. More so if the steering wheel is heavily turned

What you will see when you hover the mouse over a wepaon that has been targeted, is a description of how likely the gunner assigned to that weapon thinks he/she is to hit. The accuracy of this description is affected by the gunnery/large guns skill...

Also - a 'firing phase' has been added: it happens straight after movement. The server sorts the weapons being fired into order, based on the (Speed * activity level) of each gunner, and then the weapons are fired, with a 1-second gap between each. So a quick gunner should definitely have an advantage..

Also, with regard to targeted weapons, these have a firing arc of about 90 degrees horizontally, 45 degrees above, and 45 degrees below.
