This is the laser tweak and bugfix, as discussed elsewhere in the forum. Sorry to anyone who suffered due to the 'no recharge while on autofire yet not firing' bug and also due to the over-zealous nerfing, which is now eased (as discussed elsewhere).

I didn't have the chance to test the lasers when they got nerfed hard but after this fix, i ran a scout with lvl 2 laser spec on heavy laser and all i have to say is the recharge rate is awesome. L2 spec dude can fire 3 continuous shots and the Hlaser consumed about 20% energy each shot and it took him 3-4 turns for the Hlaser to return to 100% power. I like it :D
