Changing Drivers, New Feature

This applies to both races and timetrials, although as before you can only reset (fix) the vehicle in timetrials. In order to change drivers, the vehicle must be stopped. You'll see a new right-click option for the vehicle. To be valid, a character has to be alive, not in hospital, and has to be in the correct town. (Of course it's not possible to be anywhere else but Somerset right now). Also, the character cannot have already been in the current event.
