Does Jake use "new" math

The only way to make ppl moving out from SS is not reducing money to all. SS should be a newb town? then some stuffs are required: - cease to borrow car to vets - cease to buy cars from vets - let pirates fears the vets and avoid all combats - let the ones that still fight the vets having SO MUCH firepower to scare the vets - let SS inhabitant kick off vets when they attack traders instead of defending the town from pirates - Let vets fight at SS only with newbies to teach them the game, or only with non-vets to keep the great community play that already exist. Now, how can we define a "veteran"? Summing total CR, money, rep, fame and crew skills. With a good formula we can define a vet without errors. SS should help newb to begin vets, then kick them off to help EVAN become a civilized place. Lowering money incomes affect the one that have not so much money.... the one with millions don't care at all about Jake's prices. If 148 2.5Ls aren't being considered an overabundance, then I would assume that's because Jake's moving them pretty easily, and therefore is receptive to buying more.
