Commander Shepard removes his Steton and waves it like a fan. All the back and forth driving and living out of his Buzzer was making him smell like a combination or roadkill and a NASCAR Pitstop.

As he walk around his rig, he notices some flaking armor, a few dents that weren't there before the trip. Scratching his head, he calls in Grace, his second in command. "Hey, did I miss an encounter while I was napping?"
Grace shakes her head. "No, sir! We put the convoy at 45mph and rolled out with pedal down. Judith used here pathfinding abilities to get us to Shanty with no encounters. Just us and the wastes." Shepard scratches his chin, looking perplexed. "I know down south here, things are little rougher, but why are all the rigs coming back missing 4 or 5 armor on the various sides? ####, Judith's Buccy needed the floors patched after that last run, and we had 5 panels on there when we rolled out. What fresh hell is this?"

IRL: Has this always been this way or what am I missing. I genuinely don't recall my cars taking random armor damage, even at 45mph. I don't like spawning in to encounters and finding out my scout car randomly has no bottom armor. Am I just misremembering or has something changed?

yeah fast travel even with higher levels of pathfinder cause armor dammage after each encounter so if ya have multiple encounters thats how ya ended up with no bottom armor
