I have run into a repeatable bug - Where the AI only places a single ganger in vehicle.

This is also only specific gang - Chevvy's Impalers, whilst scouting out of Gateway Truckstop

At first thought it was bug of vehicle was only shooting a single weapon per side.

However after repeatedly fighting them, come to realize it was due to only one ganger in the vehicle. A single heavy stunning hit or similar blue text, will demo the vehicle outright.

Thia happens with no other gangs.
