Banking Association returns from a break with a messsage from the top. hearing the bankers say the man upstairs said that i have to have permission from the owner of the land that tile sits on to build a camp on that tile location.

McSpanky's banker gets up and heads to the door, stops, paces back and forth for a bit, thinking of his words, when he stops points his midget fingers skyward and says.

"Tell them bastards upstairs we will be back and proof we control that ground as i slap you with it printed on the front page the gazzette"
angrily ranting he continues,
"where ever your interns are that is, seem to have run off, muhahahaha, score one for bertha"

storming off then popping his head back in for one last comment.

"could ya please ask him about taking cans of gas as payment for the land"
