Darkwind - Viewing Topic: Taskbar Flashing

Is there anyway to stop Darkwind from flashing everytime something happens? This forum's search function elaves a lot to be desired.

Maltose, when you say darkwind flashing, do you mean the lobby or the 3D game window?

The lobby seems to flash the whole desktop on some systems whenever its chat box updates. I tend to close the lobby after entering the 3D game for that reason.

The 3D game window flashes in the last 10 seconds before a move is about to roll forward, as a reminder. I could make that into an option.

For info: I didn't noted such flashing feature/bug on my Mac.

Ye.. that feature is Windows-only right now, it uses a Windows API call to flash the game window in the taskbar.

So, on the Mac it would turn into a bumping dock icon then...

I personally don't need such feature. But I'm not the only Mac player.

I don't want the bumpy icon too :P
Just sounds or lil' effects in the Java lobby for messages or events...
I'm sure that you can find some whizzyy sounds !

(But hell, yeah it will be implemented later !)
