These are the most common answers I collected. This would be available in any town with a hospital. More will be discussed afterwards on how much medicine is needed. 1 unit would seem to be adequate?

Actually, I prefer the idea of "instameds" that can get a ganger back to health immediately.

But prosthetics (i.e. reduce the penalty for losing a leg from 15% to 5%) would be a higher priority for me :-)
