To prevent player collusion and encourage all-out dedication to leagues, I propose the following:

1) Remove bonuses for additional players who enter league events - whatever the # of points is the # of points. This is to prevent players from advancing due to friends "throwing" an event

2) Change to points system - have gains for high placement, and loss for low. Negative points will subtract from league points earned, and overall score can go into the negatives. This encourages fair competition.

These changes should encourage honest participation, and truly separate the men from the boys. The changes should result in the best player winning, not the one with the most friends. Competition for top placement and penalties for lower, should help to discourage disinterested or apathetic players from joining.
