In reference to SS winter warm up, SS spring challenge, EF summer classic, GW etc.

How come all these events have only one time slot 20:00 or 21:00?

COE has 2 time slots.

These times are 4 and 5 am for my time zone.

I realise what ever time is chosen it may not be suitable for everyone.

But.

Would it not be fairer for everyone to have at least 2 time slots so everyone would have more options and a chance to compete?

Normally I wouldn't care at all about the race times as it has never been a part of the game that appealed to me.
As I now have a large camp the prizes of fame now appeal to me and getting up at 4 in the morning doesn't.

Are you in the same situation? Maybe you are at work each time an event is on.

Are there other events?

What do you all think?

its really weird... all the league time slots I might make it to happen at midnight and i'm rather too old to stay up for that on a weeknight.

A lot of the smaller leagues have specific days and times for a reason. It was done to allow players in different time zones to have a better chance to compete and win. Having more time slots per day always gave more chances to having these leagues dominated by the same players who are always hard to defeat. This format creates parity for new to slightly seasoned players.

Could the points be averaged instead of cumulative if there was more time slots?

No, just allowed more chances for different players to do leagues. Same reason there are leagues during the week instead of all on the weekends.

Bottom line, if a player wants to do a league to earn a badge, prize or camp bonus, they will make the time to do it. Or, they will do the ones that suit their time zones and/or that have multi time slots.

There are leagues that already offer both formats.
