So I'm trying to figure out if this game can be played without a mouse. Here's why: a year ago September, my best friend was in a high energy, driver's side t-bone collision. He survived but now has only limited control of one arm.

This means he can use a keyboard, or voice control, on a PC but mousing is a hit or miss sort of thing.

So I know I can get good camera control with a keyboard but I'm struggling with selecting targets. Is it possible to select targets with keyboard controls only?

During a scouting encounter, you can use the < > keys to toggle thru the vehicles in your squad. I am not positive, but I don't think there is an option to toggle thru the NPC cars.

The key to the mouse being easier to select NPC cars is to zoom in close so you have a larger target to click on. The same goes for peds and creatures.

X Man is right. As of now, there's no way to cycle through enemy cars with the keyboard. Some more keyboard-centric controls would be helpful, for sure.

Another method of selecting enemy cars is through the game menu, by going to 'Find Vehicles', that will give you a list of the vehicles in the game, which is a bit easier to navigate than clicking on the cars on the terrain. If you keep your mouse over the \/ arrow in the menu, then you really don't have to do much mouse movement to select cars.
Edit: You still have to click the actual car to bring up the context menu, though, but it makes them easier to locate.

DW players are a pretty friendly bunch, so I'm sure that if people are aware of the situation, they will be patient while he gets everything done. Also, if there is a Marshal present, they can issue unlimited time outs.

What times are you usually on? I can take you guys out scouting if you want or just spectate/provide time outs.
