Connection to Steam service down, So Darkwind can't take my money.

I went to re-up my subscription but I can't. Clicking the Steam button opens up a new, blank tab with:

Error: invalid Steam response
Data: HTTP/1.1 40

Can you screen shot or at least copy what the exact error messages says and send it to me, especially if it is different than the error at the top of this thread. Sam needs this info to pinpoint what is causing the problem because there are steam players that are able to subscribe and others that cannot. Thank you.
