It is really too bad these weren't used as more of a tool for driving the narrative and creating a story. I am not sure when in DW's history they got implemented, but they were very easy to miss, and don't seem to have realized their full potential.

If narrative missions had been used to investigate the aurora colors, maybe that cool mechanic would have stayed in the game. Or missions working for companies that we only see as sponsors. Or missions that wrested control of GW out of merchants hands.

The mechanic used to write the missions are a bit clunky - if you remember the old fighting fantasy adventure books (do this and go to page xx or go to page yy type) it's very like that.

I have been trying to create more involved ones but keeping track of everything gets very complex :-(

I have one mission mapped out over 20 sheets of paper it's just finding time to write it all up on-line.....

Feel free to have a go at creating your own - bottom item of the events menu B)

You're not making it sound very appealing.  Especially since it just creates a static activity with no chance for shaping Evan.

LoL - nope it's not the most fun thing I've ever done, but satisfying when I see my ones mentioned.

You can give prize like prestige with various factions so you could mess someone's standings right up with the right set up.......

One of the things I thought of was faction missions that you got based on your standing with your faction, and were invited to do.

Not very interesting unfortunately, unless there's something interesting hidden behind the choice at the beginning that sounds like it would just end the mission before it even begins.
