I searched but did not see any discussions about turbo engines. Has there ever been a discussion?

There are Nitro Boosters and Rocket Boosters if you want to add them to your vehicle for that extra kick and acceleration. You can also modify your engine up to 10% in power and acceleration with the use of CHR. That basically would do the same thing as a turbo add-on.
