Ramp up the prizes MASSIVELY, and make it so if you are registered for a ladder league- you AUTOMATICALLY accept any challenge when in the lobby (not AFK)
Should make for some great grudge matches and make these leagues desirable to win. Easy to implement for SAM I would think?
