Probably better off getting one from amateur night, and making a deal with a vet to fix it up for you. Otherwise it is just a negotiation. I think Boonwolf and goat starer have the most successful scav gangs.

I have spares also. I think my spares are mostly in Elmsfield but quite possibly I have some in SS as well. Boon has mechs that can fix guns and engines, mine can only resize fuel tanks as I need a couple more points for the 100 mark.

Go for is a weird question. People will often give you a vehicle to increase the number of people scouting. Other than that people will trade for whAt they need. Chassis are easy to come by so nothing more than a clip or two of ammo someone needs...
