Grimm was telling me that people have seen dead NPCs spawning into events.. has anyone else seen this and can you give any event IDs? thanks..

Old post, has anyone else seen this? I haven't yet, i just killed 16 'named' members from Debbie does Dallas with 5-9 specs but only spec'd from a select pool it seemed heavy weapons, sniper, defensive and offensive driver. maybe 1 or 2 I'm missing. Specs didn't match the skills either, which doesn't make sense for a player character. Thoughts?
