This patch fixes come crashes on exiting events and other places, but also requires an engine update in order to be useful.

I have updated the windows engine but not OSX since I don't have access to my Mac for the next couple of days. Hence, the engine remains at v141 and isn't auto-updated

Anyone on Windows who wants the full patch now, you can edit darkwind/client_params.txt and set "engineVersion: 141" to "engineVersion: 0" and run the launcher again to force an engine download.

also, in the lobby's 'upcoming events' list you're now shown how many humans are registered for each event e.g. (SS,2)
