would be nice to be able to train outside of scouts.... not the blanket increases but something that uses resources to enable you to train. Especially those skills that cant really field train like first aid.

i'm thinking...

allocate medicines to train first aiders
allocate ammo to train gunnery skills
allocate car parts to train mech

something challenging.. use 10 clips of mg ammo for your weekly training and you may get a point or two of gunnery etc

Kinda like this idea for first aid, as for gunner skilling I'd have it 10 mags of ammo and + another ganger set as trainer with 100+ skill for option to work.

The 100+ skill requirement would not be useful for me. I am lucky to get any skill to 40 before they die.

Besides if you take a breach, you train first aid. I always get first aid training.

It wont be useful to me soon... I have 2 ladies over 100. One has 5 strength left... The other is seriously living on borrowed time. Scav does not let characters stay that good for long.

Yeah, I noticed. I have managed 1 specialism in four months in scav: a driver I raced into the ground. Granted, I suck.

Fighting with jamming weapons in C armor cars has caused short life for many gangers.
