There are way too many good tyres out there.

I would imagine scavs to drive on any rubber they could find, mainly standard tyres or perhaps even mismatched ones.

A good set of 100% OR tyres should be a rare and precious find.

Fixing pre-event tyre damage to NPCs should help keep the number of "good" tyres out (dont overdo it, AI should not be stupid and drive anything less than 50%).

More NPC chassi types with standard tyres or a change that gives regular setups with RE and OR tyres a chance to instead have Std.

Added benefit that it would increase the usefulness of dropped weapons which I think are underused (or some versions that are not even available!!).

Also, we need something to do with our tyre stockpiles..

What do you guys think?
