Boss says first 45K takes 'em. We need the space." "Can you gimme a tick?" I asked. "No rush. Ain't like they're going anywheres anytime fast." Turned to my partner. "Whadda you think?" "Well, Ulysses, we got us 4 already packed full of stuff. Can't see why the Boss wouldn't want some more. Cuts back on storage fees. I say 'ets go fer it." I turned back to the shop-geek. "Ya, roll 'em over to our lockup. I'll throw in another 100 per to the hooker driver." "Sounds like a plan." He said, and rolled the door shut. "I'll have them over tomorrow. When do you think ya can get the cash?" "Can I write ya a check?" I said, smiling. We had a good laugh over that one. Boss should be happy.
