I have seen some of these - I noticed the new Raider skins. So glad to see more NPC skins. I like the NPCs pretty while I'm blowing them away.

I like the Starsky and Hutch skin for the pho, MG's on the hood is a nice touch too.

Do we get many/any buccaneers spawning with the raider gangs in the northern triangle area? I think I've only seen these spawn with anarchists, slavers, and privateers...

An NPC gang's faction doesn't affect its choice of cars, so raiders should be as likely as anyone else to have Buccys.. what you're seeing must be just random chance..
