This one ain't gonna go cheap, gentlemen, even if it does have possibly the biggest front-facing blind spot in Evan. [This always messes me up when I try to ditch loot vehicles on a return] I always figured Evan was basically populated by refugees from all over the world because it was the only habitable place left on Earth. I think the town of Texan is more of a tribute to Car Wars than a point of geography.  Car Wars was very pro-South (remember the Free-Oil States).
