Any movement is now thrown into the encounter pool. Since a good portion of movement was immune it was automatically ignored, all those will now be checked for a PvP encounter. Interesting effect actually. That in itself will "increase" PvP encounters, if not actually combats. 80s and I (I think it was 80s, it was friend in any event) had a random travel encounter at GW gates once. We agreed to race to the gates, first one there won some amount we had bet on, forget how much. Usually ends up being a race or see who can do the best stunt jumps or some such.
