What do you mean "No better Tires in Cargo"?, Poor Poor Tanya

If I remember correctly, you can replace tyres down to 1%, but once they hit zero the command stops working. Don't know if it's a bug or intentional. Tyres are handled in a quite awkward way in the live games.. makes it very hard to switch tyre type. These links let you install tyres from cargo.
