Hello all,

I've saw something which looks like a bug:

When you use the in-game Timeout when it's NOT Order Phase (Currently moving cars), you lost a Timeout without any Timeout action... (No 300s) ...  It can be a bug, or a little stupid trap for guys like me  :p
