Norbert "Norbie" Hernandez was ugly. Fiercely ugly, with fangs of all things. His thick leathery skin did nothing to help his looks. It gave the appearance of being made of stone, although it was fairly pliable, perhaps it was more akin to a Rhinoceros. His grim visage was further marred by what looked like a permanent snarl gracing his face. Although perhaps today he was actually snarling. The sounds emanating from his large toothy mouth certainly seemed to be snarls. He carried an old Chinese assault rifle in his left hand, it looked like a toy in his huge paws. In his right hand there was something much less savory. His large leathery fingers were holding by the greasy hair the severed head of some unfortunate waste reaver. To be precise it was "Boarjack" Betty Butts head. She was an Anarchist leader of some repute down Firelight way. And she was a long way from home. A home she would never see again. Norbie strode to the center of the small Sarsfield square, a small crowd of towners, merchants and gang members gathering. His deep gravelly voice boomed out. "Joels Bastards saw fit to pay this fool and make an attempt on our lives. I thank him for the V8 engine she was using". After his short speech, he tossed the head into the dirt and walked away. "This is what Bounty Hunters can expect when they cross us".
