Is it me or this the rarest skill around ?
I spend $4K on for scouts and I get 4 characters with scout skills of
2, 1, 5, and 1 .

I now have 2 extra gunners and a good gunner , plus the fourth guy who is only fit to farm melons ................

moan over , please go about your every day lives a little more grateful of your blessings.

Hand Guns and Cycling are rarer because there's actually a lower chance to get those since aren't implemented yet. Yours is mostly bad luck, but having higher fame increases the chance of getting what you're looking for in the tavern.

Oddly enough, I was looking for gunners last week and got 3 scouts (20 skill each).

Just luck of the draw.

I often just go for the "Best Character Available" option and see what I get, since I won't get what I am looking for anyway. :)
