Can a player go out and beat up a few low famed NPC gangs with bounties on their heads that also gains that player fame with the local faction. Then goes out and kills a bunch of traders that gets them negative fame with the local faction, the player can say, “Wait, don’t you remember I killed those bad NPC gangs with the bounties?” and all will be forgiven and the negative fame gets wiped out?
