ok, I had a go and this is what I came up with, nothing like ganthors, but should do the trick. The one provided would only work for the small pic, and not for the web, shoulda started big, and then made small I guess (?)... doh!

Not a priority as far as I'm concerned, I'm not wanting to push (in fact.. take a few months , I might make a decent one by then  :)).

I couldn't wait for this thread to bear fruit so I went ahead and replaced the portrait files in my DW file. I must say ped combat and on-foot escapes are much less frightening when you don't see your health bar! B)

which means we should amp up the frightening aspects by having them spray massive amounts of blood after taking any damage!
