Amongst the dead is William "Billy" Lopez, Firelight Lieutenant for Longo's Merry Men. May they rest in peace and may vengeance be brought upon Superheat and every Mutant Rat that walks the Serpentine Road.

"God damn mutant rats! Our entire 3 man team in Sars got served up as rat bait, a week back. At least they got some action... ". Dumas knocks back another whiskey in a somber salute.
