This patch bugfixes some items in DW:Tactical (there's still more to do) and also makes your templates and vehicles default to private. I'm now going to write a webpage which will let you edit the details of your templates, delete them, and switch them between public and private. Ditto for your DW:T designed vehicles. Private templates and vehicles are not visible to anyone else to use when creating their own DW:T combats.
