On the squad page, where the temporarilly remove other gangs vehicles is, if I leave it checked (but no other gang's vehicles are currently in that squad), the client launches, but there are now no vehicles on my squad. So I'm just spectating. Hope that makes sense surrender/escape is still a usable option from pull down menu after the looting phase has begun that's it for now!

*Speedealer* Posted Mar 13, 2007, 1:32 am	Sam, it has something to do with the checkmark under the 'remove temp vehicles'. Not sure exactly what happens, but I'll to narrow it down Also, I sometimes still get kicked from server and have to restart. In the scouting tests, it seems to just close the server unlike a scheduled event. Of course, that doesn't happen if there's other human team members or opponents.
*Toecutter* Posted Mar 13, 2007, 1:45 am	Odd thing in one encounter (and i have noticed this before too) JD's car was lying on it's side as i came up to blast him from his bottom armor side...12/12 shots missed at a very reasonable range and low speed to dead stop...i couldn't have possibly have missed a stationary target at that range with all 12 shots, another one of my vehicle took a shot at the roof side and succeded in hitting right away so it seems the bug is occuring at bottom targeted shots. Might this be because somewhere in the code direct fire hits to bottom are not possible only concussion and collision are detected there? (just a layman's theory )

If you have the box checked (temp suspend the other cars) and no other gang member cars in your squad, it will put you in as spectator only with no vehicles. If you uncheck and then scout, it works fine. So there may be other glitches with teamed up gangs with or without vehicles

But I was not only an inspector, as I was able to have an agreement with the NPCs. Only the car was missing.

Because if you weren't, then your *own* cars would be removed just like your squad mates' ones, since you were considered to be unavailable.. .. I guess maybe that rule should be changed for the actual squad owner?

I accepted it three times and the event was still running. Missing player option checked and the van from Speedealer (that was away at that time) was still here. It only disappeared once he logged back and I unchecked the option

*sam* Posted Mar 13, 2007, 11:23 pm	Thanks for the continued feedback... I've been (still) stuck into the marketplace coding today. It's quite tedious, but important. You can now buy and sell trade goods (water, food, car parts, fuel) from the marketplace, and you can also add and remove them from your vehicles. You can also buy and sell ammunition, but not yet put it in/out of vehicles... that's tomorrow's job..
