The main thing in this patch is a new 'integrated ready-check' for players forming scouts. I haven't fully tested the code yet; just working on that now.

You will see new options when you click a player name in the list in the lobby.

Considering your penchant for certain types of nicknames I'm surprised they don't already have STDs.  :p

The patch also adds an auto-afK feature. I'm still debugging the squads 'ready list'.

edit: ok, seems to work now.. far more of an effort than it should have been; hopefully will be a useful feature...

edit2: bugs, yeah... hmm.. I'd like to get stuck into something substantial like that.

Yes, to the pillory with him! Bring tar and feathers! :p

Oh, and auto-afk is cool, but please dont let it jump in when im in and event, cos Im really not afk from the lobby! Guess you already know Sam, but theres a button called "Lobby" under the chat window in an event! :rolleyes:

The auto-AFK actually looks at all chat, Zothen, including in-event stuff. I guess it should also consider actual submitting of moves in-game as meaning that you're not AFK?

Why dont you simply check for the "in event" state?

If (player state) != inevent
set player state "afk"

Acutally you can omit the afk-check at all when a player is in an event...

:D

When you manually go AFK you can continue to IM without coming out of AFK status. This has been like this and I personally like it. :)
