This is part of a project to add a difficulty level indicator aside tracks description, in order to help new users to figure how difficult is driving on a given track.
It is obvious, it's based on a combination of player's experience, as well as character's driving skill.
When voting, please try to be as neutral as possible, and to recall when you just joined Darkwind!  ;)

Racing difficulty: easy to average
Deathrace difficulty: average

This track is failrly straight-forward, but getting a good time around the corners is not as easy as it may look. Deathraces are never easy - so be careful when you are in the line of fire.

Race: Easy
Deathrace: Easy

Easiest track for me. My gang has set numerous records on this before

I agree, easy to race on, once you learn the line(s).

If you're in front, it's an easy deathrace too. If you're closer to the back or in the middle of the pack, not so much.

The firing always seems to start somewhere around the first turn, causing some fairly spectacular damage right at the first corner. If you do start in the middle/back of the pack, if you survive to the 3rd turn, (the 180deg left-hander with the hill on the inside exit), you've got a good chance to finish.

If you're up front, dropped weapons are very helpful. You've got long straights, so you can drop your gifts on the entrance to the turns fairly accurately.

This is the only track I know of that is GUARANTEED to cause pile-ups and damage in the first turn. Most of the twisty tracks usually do... but this one ALWAYS does. For that reason, it's fun to try to set up lines that go through the carnage without getting involved in it. =^_^=

As stated by others, though, the track is pretty easy, without any real surprises.

This track is the bane of my existance. I've lost more gang members on this track than any other (including Somerset Rally). The NPCs are just so bad at taking the two hairpins that if you're anywhere near the pack, you can expect high-speed collisions.

The track layout is straightforward, but when grouped with opponents you must exercise caution when entering some turns, particularly the second 90 degree bend from the startline.

Probably a good track to cut ones teeth on after mastering the basics on easier courses. Not too challenging but enough twists and turns that need to be taken with some mastery. The generous straightaways and mostly gentle turns means that this course favors drivers who can quickly settle into a good line with fast enter and exit speeds while the mostly harmless trackside terrain means it's more forgiving for less experienced drivers.
