Mines 'n spikes, changes, bug fixes

Just to let you know of slight changes with mines and spikes: now, they disappear after 20-30 moves. This was needed having seen what happens in a deathrace full of porcupines.

I also spent most of the day finding a bug related to this (we had a gameserver crash yesterday, the first in 2 or 3 months).. but I got it in the end... B)

oh well, there goes my most amazingest tactic. if i was at the back, i'd leave plenty of spikes for the leaders to clean up.

you can still do it at the loop intersection on the rally track ;)
