* Made NPCs unlikely to stop if their target enemy isn?t stopped too. Also made their decisions on who to attack a little more complex.
* Added volume control for JD's voice commentary (options window) * Made pedestrians harder to hit, with single-shot vehicle weapons and slow weapons such as rockets especially. The pedestrian?s speed and activityLevel also make them harder to hit. A ped with activityLevel 0 is easier to hit. Also made hand weapons injure pedestrians more. * Peds no longer hurt themselves when they run into things |

I hit a ped from 50m away with 12 gunner firing a Rl.Its the same as hitting a lorry with a rubber band at 1 metre away.Did u make t easyer or harder to hit a ped with a Rl? | ||

uhh, directly hitting a moving ped from a moving car with a rocket from 50m seems like it might be challenging, hitting a lorry from 1 meter is a no brainer, what is that analogy trying to say? | ||

Yeah, but even though it's harder to "hit" a ped with a rocket launcher, chances are if it lands anywhere in the vicinity the blast is still going to cause some damage. | ||
